I don't think we have to delete this

The current reason provided for deletion is that the model has nothing to do with Yoshi Racing (or Yoshi Racers), with the recent Did You Know Gaming video as evidence. While true, I don't think that's a reason to completely delete it at all, and instead I think it's better to repurpose it elsewhere. The same video states this model appears to be created by Yoshiaki Koizumi, and earlier in the same video on the same subject, we actually see footage of that Yoshi model in action in a demo.
