The title of this article is from the English Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia which reportedly sourced some names from fan wikis. If a higher-priority source is found, then the current reference should be removed and the title moved to the higher-priority name, if applicable.

Not to be confused with Ice Block.

Ice Walls are giant blocks made of ice. They are as slippery as regular Ice Blocks and can be broken by throwing Bob-ombs at them. Some Ice Walls contain imprisoned Bob-ombs which leads to a chain reaction if one of them is exploded.

Ice Walls only appear sporadically in World 3-Castle. Some need to be exploded to obtain the second Star Coin.
