Psycho Kamek is a Charecter in the game Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga. The first time he is seen he hypnotizes Luigi in to beliveing that he is Mario. Any other time the Mario Bros. meet him he is trying to hypnotizes himself into beliveing that he is super smart.

Apperance

Psycho Kamek weares a white Magic Koopa robe has a magic wand with a ruby in it and weares a pair of crazy glasses.

Trivia

* There is some despute in wether or not that Psycho Kamek is the actual Kamek or not.
