The '''Apple Kart''' is a High-End [[kart]] in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. Debuting in the [[Valentine's Tour]], it is the signature kart of [[Baby Peach|Baby Peach (Cherub)]] and [[Fire Mario|Fire Rosalina]]. Like its name indicates, the kart is an [[apple]]-themed vehicle, and its name is derived from "apple tart", an apple-themed dessert. Its taillights have a star shape. The kart's color scheme also makes it resemble a [[fruit (Yoshi food)|fruit]] from the ''[[Super Mario (franchise)|Super Mario]]'' games. The emblem is located on the front and rear of the kart. It uses the [[Wood]] tires from ''[[Mario Kart 7]]''. The Apple Kart increases the duration of [[Trick|Jump Boost]] speed boosts and the amount of points earned upon performing Jump Boosts.

Five variants of the kart also appear; the first one is named the [[Green Apple Kart]], which was introduced in the [[Flower Tour]], the second one is named the [[Poison Apple Kart]], which was introduced in the [[Cooking Tour]], the third one is named the [[Pumpkin Kart]], which was introduced in the 2020 [[Halloween Tour (2020)|Halloween Tour]], the fourth one is a variant of the Pumpkin Kart called the [[Gold Pumpkin Kart]], which was introduced in the 2021 [[Halloween Tour (2021)|Halloween Tour]], and the fifth one is named the [[Watermelon Kart]], which was introduced in the [[Ocean Tour]]. All five variants are also classified as High-End karts.
