I know I'm literally posting this on April Fool's, but hear me out. This image of a Mii, along with Mii_Female.png comes from https://rc24.xyz/goodies/mii/ and is not actually official. Compare it to a screenshot of the pre-made Mii from the original Mii Channel, or any Mii artwork, and you'll see the small signs of bootleghood.
This same image used to also appear on Wikipedia, but I think it's been replaced.
