It is very sticky, to the point where it causes [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] to stick to it, making him able to do only low [[jump]]s. The honey path is part of the track Mario/Luigi must travel across to reach the [[Power Star]] in the mission [[Honeyhive Cosmic Mario Race]], where [[Cosmic Mario|Cosmic Mario or Luigi]] gets stuck in the honey.

[[Honeybee]]s can be found gathering the honey in buckets, claiming it is heavy. Honey also appears on [[honey wall|certain walls]] that Mario/Luigi can stick to when in [[Bee Mario|bee form]].
