Happiness Medals are medals that is given to Yoshi by the all the Spirits if he complete his missions. These collectibles are found in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy.

Happiness Medals have a very important role at the game. To receive one, Yoshi must complete the tasks given by the Spirits. A number of Happiness Medals are required to go to the next chapter. There are two types of Happiness Medals that Yoshi can obtain, the Silver Medal and the Gold Medal.

  • A Silver Medal is earned if Yoshi gets a score near the required by the Spirits. Additionally, the player gets two chances in the Bonus Chance!.
  • A Gold Medal is earned if Yoshi gets a score better than the required by the Spirits. Additionally, the player gets better odds at winning the Bonus Chance!.
