Torch
Flame
First appearance Wario Land 3 (2000)

Flames[1] are obstacles in the game Wario Land 3. They are found atop tall torches. If Wario touches these flames, he will turn into Hot Wario. In some levels, such as Out of the Woods, they demonstrate offensive capabilities by dropping sparks of flame at Wario's exact distance on each side; in others, like Tower of Revival, they simply stand perfectly still. Also in Tower of Revival, there is a point where Wario must become Hot Wario in order to light a sequence of unlit torches in order to continue through the stage. All flames are indestructible.
