Piston Lift from Super Mario World

Piston Lifts[1][2] are pairs of thin Mushroom Platforms that appear in Butter Bridge 1 of Super Mario World. Landing on one platform causes it to sink and the other to rise. They are similar to Scale Lifts, though the Piston Lift does not break.
