A Wario Virus is an entity appearing exclusively in WarioWare: Touched!.

During the prologue of Wario-Man's story, Wario becomes very ill and grabs Nasty Garlic from the refrigerator, believing it is regular Garlic that will alleviate him. However, the tainted garlic creates Awful Viruses in Wario's system, invading Wario's cells, appearing as purple and garlic-shaped. The Awful Viruses wear off, allowing the cells, now yellow and more energized, to consume them, turning every one of them into a Wario Virus, a pink, angry cell producing steam. This transforms Wario into his alter-ego, Wario-Man, thus beginning his set of minigames.

Being crucial to this portion of the overall story, the Wario Virus is listed along with the Awful Virus in the credits for this game.
