Sergeant Flutter is a gray-shelled Sky Troopa who commands a squadron of Red Paratroopas during the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. He and his troops help Mario ascend the steep cliff at the end of Land's End. By hopping from Sky Troopa to Sky Troopa, Mario can reach the top and the entrance to Bean Valley. Additionally, if Mario completes the task fast enough, he may be rewarded with a prize.
