"Underground Mozart" is a playable song in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. It is an arrangement of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik. The song was previously used as the level start jingle in Mario Bros., and that version of the song, as well as several other sound effects, is sampled by "Underground Mozart."

"Underground Mozart" appears in the regular version of Story Mode as stage 1-2, Pipe Escape. In Story Mode EX, it is replaced by "Pipe Pop." After failing to enter Truffle Towers, Mario or Luigi is knocked into a Warp Pipe by Waluigi throwing a Bob-omb. To escape, the player character must dance to cause a Mushroom Platform to grow tall enough, which forms the background of the song. The interior of the pipe has purple walls, with flowing water falling down from several other pipes in the walls. The pipe also has green, blue, and gray rocks patterned similarly to the hills seen in Super Mario Bros. 2, some of which are floating. The background also features Goombas dancing on platforms that resemble the Super Mario Bros. version of lifts, Piranha Plants dancing in pipes on Hard Blocks, and Shy Guys dancing on ? Blocks. At the end of the song, the Mushroom Platform has grown tall enough for the player character to jump out of the pipe from it.

In Mush Mode, "Underground Mozart"'s only enemies are Goombas, which are identical to standard notes.
