Glad Red Koopa is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach. They have been affected by the vibe scepter.
Glad Red Koopas are like regular red-shelled Koopas, only these ones skip. Their way of attack isn't really different, either.
According to the game's Glossary, Glad Red Koopa is "A Koopa Troopa who has learned to jump happily."
