Time Block Panels

A Timed Block Panel is a panel that appears in Mario & Wario.

As the name suggests, it is a panel that has a certain amount of time to use it when Wanda uses the wand on it. If it is used, Wanda can't deactivate when it used. It could be used again if the panel is used the time up. The character can use this panel when it the panel is currently visible.
