A Fright Bomb was an attack item from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Using it summons a Boo to scare certain enemies. Mario can buy this item in Seaside Town for 100 coins and sell it for 50 coins.

This item can also be obtained by exchanging items in Moleville.

In Paper Mario, a simlar item, the Fright Jar has it's simlar uses, and in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, another simlar item, a Fright Mask; had also the same simlar uses.
