Template:SMRPG Moves Hammer Time is a special move found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Hammer Bros. are the only characters who know about this move. If used, the Hammer Bros. will throw multiple hammers at Mario. The attack power of this move is usually medium.

It is likely that this move is named after the famous "Hammertime" saying used in MC Hammer's song "U Can't Touch This".
On the official website for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the battle system tutorial's explanation for hammer techniques is labeled "Hammer Time!". However, this is probably a reference to the aforementioned phrase rather than the (somewhat obscure) Super Mario RPG move.
