The Ice Game Room is one of the places in Mario Party Advance. It is located in the Snow Area of Shroom City.
When players decide to stop here, they meet Penguin, an unlucky gamer. In Penguin's quest, Engaging Game, he asks the player to win his money back by playing the game Drop 'Em, since he has lost all, and he wants to buy a ring for his girlfriend, Pengwen. Success helps players keep the game.
