Star Storm is a special move found in Paper Mario. When Mario recuses the Star Spirit, Skolar; Skolar thanks Mario and gives the special move to him thus rasing up a SP. When this special move is used, Skolar appears and chants as stars rain down on each of the enemies Mario is facing, causing seven points of damage each, similar to the Shooting Star item. The move costs 2 SP to use.
