Waterspouts are objects in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They are swirling vortexes of water that are formed due to underground volcanic activity. They appear only in Oho Ocean. They act as underwater counterparts to Whirlwinds, sending Mario and Luigi high up if they enter it while using Mario's Spin Jump. As soon as they enter a Waterspout, they are immediately launched out.
