Billy is a playable human character in NES Open Tournament Golf, where he can compete against other golfers in an international golf challenge. He is a professionally ranked golfer and is the hardest character to beat in the game. Billy is depicted as an older man with white hair and wears a black shirt, white pants, and black shoes. The player can also play against Billy in match play.
Billy's official artwork shows that he is very tall and muscular. He has blue eyes and white hair. Billy's shirt is clearly shown without sleeves and his shoes are revealed to be navy.
