Template:Missionbox Hold It, Shadow Mario! is the seventh episode of Noki Bay in Super Mario Sunshine. The episode's objective is to chase down and defeat Shadow Mario, and is the sixth of seven episodes that involve doing so.

Layout

Shadow Mario will be waiting for Mario at the end of the rope at the start of the level and approaching him will cause him to run away. Shadow Mario will make use of Side Somersaults and Wall Jumps to climb up the mountainside, often moving into dead ends and turning around. Once Shadow Mario reaches the top of the mountain, he will dive into the water below and repeat the process. Using similar methods from previous encounters, the player can defeat Shadow Mario and will earn a Shine Sprite upon doing so.
