Template:Item-infobox The Super Spring[1] is a green colored Springboard that launches Mario off-screen in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, allowing the player to skip portions of the level. Mario falls back downward after a certain amount of time, so the player must be mindful to ensure he does not fall into a hazard such as a pit. With the right timing, dashing before jumping onto a Super Spring also allows Mario to cover longer stretches of distance than normal. The Super Spring appears in World 2, World 3, World 7, World B, and World C.

In Super Mario All-Stars, all of the Super Springs in World B have been replaced with Springboards.
