The Standard RB is R.O.B.'s standard kart in Mario Kart DS. It features a black frame and a depiction of a Nintendo Entertainment System's D-Pad colored purple as its emblem (unless the emblem is changed). While it has a the highest possible speed stat, tying the ROB-BLS, Hurricane and Standard BW, it has a very low drift stat, equal to the Standard LG, Streamliner, ROB-BLS and Poltergust 4000. Meanwhile, its acceleration, weight, handling, and items are average.

- Speed: 10/10
- Acceleration: 5/10
- Weight: 8/10
