Heart Plants are plants that grow on Lavalava Island in Paper Mario. They look like small yellow coiled vines on the ground. When Mario touches them, they uncoil, and drop hearts that restore his HP. However, Mario must be wary of their evil lookalikes, Hurt Plants. It is impossible to tell which is which until Mario inspects one.
