The Flutter Orb is an orb in Mario Party 6. It started out as the Wiggler Capsule in Mario Party 5, where it could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for 20 coins. It's effect was that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appeared on a flower asking if the player wanted him to take them to the Star. Accepting made Wiggler turn into a Flutter who flew the player over to the Star Space. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it became an Orb that players could only use on themselves. It cost 30 coins at the Orb Shop. Again, the effect was still the same.
