Similar to the Star Space of preceding Mario Party games, when players pass them, they are offered to buy a Star for 10 coins. Some Star Balloons offer two to five Stars instead of one, in which players can buy multiple of them for an added price of 10 coins each. Whenever Star Balloons are used up, they vanish, but are eventually replaced by more Star Balloons on the board.
