Scuffle Island is one of the 11 accessible islands in the Great Sea in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is charted in territory C-7 on the Sea Chart in a shape of a square. When Mario enters the gates, he must defeat seven Paper Macho Soldiers for a total of 31600 coins and the Ring Champion trophy. After winning each round, Mario is given the option to keep going or quit with the coins currently earned. If he quits and comes back, or if he defeats all seven and takes the challenge for a second time later, defeating any of the opponents again awards 1/10th of the original coins. Scuffle Island has no collectible treasures, Not-Bottomless Holes, ? Blocks, or hidden Toads. However, completing the island is required for collecting one of the Great Sea's collectible treasures, more specifically the one where Mario must find the Shangri-Spa Toad statues across the islands.
Although Scuffle Island can be reached as soon as the Great Sea becomes accessible, Mario cannot enter the island while Olivia is trapped under the boulder in Sweetpaper Valley. If Mario comes here before this event, Bob-omb will wait outside the gate.
