The Heavy Bag is a special item in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It one of several treasures that can be found in the depths of The Great Sea. It belongs to a Shy Guy who appears to have dropped and lost it. Mario must travel to the Shy Guy on a tiny island near Toad Town port and speak to him. He simply tells Mario he has dropped a sack of coins into the ocean. Once the Super Marino is obtained from Musée Champignon and attached to Sea Captain Toad's boat, Mario can dive down in front of this Shy Guy.
