A Courage Meal is one of Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made from a Courage Shell and a Zess Dinner. The dish looks like the dinner protion made hard as rock, and put into the Courage Shell. If used in battle, Mario or his ally will throw it at an enemy, giving it 4 HP of damage, making it worthless, and a waist of time to use.
