Bocci Ball

Bocci Balls,[1] or balls,[2] are huge wooden objects that appear in Yoshi's Story. They appear only in Blargg's Boiler, where they are partially submerged in lava, and Piranha Grove, where they are placed above stalks that will damage the Yoshis if they touch them. Bocci Balls are named after the sport of bocci, which involves rolling balls around. The Yoshis use them to traverse the lava or stalks by balancing on them and rolling them forward.
