Boxing Clever 1,[1] also called Crate Game,[2] Crate Breaking,[3] and The Box-Smashing Mini-Game,[4] is a mission in Delfino Plaza in Super Mario Sunshine. It can be completed at any point, and takes place inside of the crate guy's crate shop. The crate guy asks Mario to play a game that involves smashing all of the crates in the building within thirty seconds, and also promising a "prize" should Mario succeed. There are a handful of crates in a random pattern, and Mario must smash them all as soon as the challenge is accepted. If Mario fails to smash them all, he can leave and reenter the building to retry it.
