Spinecones are turbo snail-like enemies that appear Super Mario Galaxy 2. They have a giant white cone-shaped shell adorned with orange spikes, and have a purple head with a pair of skittish eyes that dart back and forth constantly. They first appear as uncommon enemies in the Starshine Beach Galaxy's underwater portion. They later appear as one of the main obstacles in Boo Moon Galaxy's Haunting the Howling Tower mission. They move around very slowly and cannot be defeated.
