Trompettes[1][2] are king oyster mushroom-like enemies that appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, introduced in the level Bulrush Coming Through! Their name is derived from "king trumpet mushroom", one of the alternate names for the king oyster mushroom. They vary in height, and when stomped on, they take out any other enemies behind them as they fall off the screen, as well as being able to collect any collectibles in its path.
