The BigMeow is a larger version of the Meowmaid found in Super Paper Mario. Two appear in Fort Francis within Francis's private rooms.
BigMeows are invincible, but are safe to jump on and do not actively attack Mario and his friends; the player can still take damage by touching them. Avoiding them is difficult, as the rooms they are found in are rather small compared to their large size. BigMeows can be used to reach the ledges with the keys to Francis's room, using the boost from jumping on their heads to reach the ledge.
