The badge shop owner [[Rowf and Rhuff|Rowf and his son Rhuff]], who can be found in east [[Toad Town]] in ''[[Paper Mario]]'', are the first Doogans to make an appearance. However, they are the only ones of their kind found in the game. The species had no name until ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]'', which also portrayed most Doogans as thugs that frequented [[Rogueport]] and the [[Glitz Pit]].
