An Icicle Pop is a food item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It looks just like a bright-yellow Popsicle.
To make an Icicle Pop, the player needs to take an Ice Storm and a Honey Syrup to Zess T. the Toad chef. She will then combine the two Items into an Icicle Pop. Although the in-game description for it claims that it heals 10 HP, it actually heals 15 FP. However, he risks getting frozen if he uses it in battle.
