Template:Catch Card Dark Choppas are pitch black, shady Choppas dwelling in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, in the game Super Paper Mario. Like their weaker relatives, these gloomy dragonflies have the ability to flip between dimensions at will. When they spot Mario, Dark Choppas charge at him while emitting a rattling noise. Their flight pattern is quite unpredictable, and defeating them is not alway easy, especially in the enclosed rooms of the Pit. Using Fleep's ability is one of the best ways to get rid of them.
Trivia
- Dark Choppas can be found in rooms 33, 43 and 74 of the Pit of 100 Trials.
- Their name is pronounced similarly to "chopper", referring to a helicopter.
- Dark Choppas and their relatives are the only enemies in Super Paper Mario who are able to flip between dimentions even though they are not encircled by a dotted line.
