A Cellular Shopper is an item found in Mario Party 3. It can only be bought at Toad's shop. When used this item, a player can call Toad or Koopa Kid from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It cost five coins to buy one. It works just like an item shop, and it is Princess Daisy's favorite item.
