Mort T. is a Toad living in Koopa Village; Mort T. runs the Toad House there and was charged with doing so by Princess Peach.
In Paper Mario, whenever Mario needed to rest in the Koopa Village Toad House, Mort T. would allow him to do so. Mario and Parakarry can also deliver a letter, which can be found in the Dry Dry Desert, to Mort T. from his wife, whom Mort T. mentions he loves dearly; as a reward for delivering to him, Mort T. would give Mario a Star Piece.
Trivia
- Mort T.'s name, like the names of most Toads appears to be a pun on something, in Mort T.'s case, on the name Morty.
