Winkles are snail creatures found in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They live in the Chucklehuck Woods and run the Winkle Colosseum, a stadium requiring 500 Coins to participate. Inside, Mario and Luigi played the Chuckorock Bounce mini-game. After they completed it, they were awarded the Winkle Card, which is used to get past the Winkle guard to where a piece of the Beanstar fell. In deeper parts of the forest, there is even a Winkle statue modeled after what looks like a Winkle god of some sort.
