Heart Plants are plants that grow on Lavalava Island in Paper Mario. They look like small yellow coiled plants. When Mario touches them, they uncoil drop hearts that restore his HP. However, Mario must be wary of their evil lookalikes, Hurt Plants. It is impossible to tell which is which unless Mario inspects one.
