Brain Drain is the twelfth and final book in the Nintendo Adventure Books series.
Plot Summary
Mario and Luigi are fixing the Mushroom King's oversized soda machine when a strange radio static makes Yoshi become evil. When the Mario Bros. and their friends investigate they find creatures all over the Mushroom Kingdom have had their brains switched into other bodies.
Items
An unidentified piece of paper is shown as well but never collected. Presumably it is the "Plumber's Oath" Mario has Luigi memorize so they can identify each other no matter what bodies they're in.
