Bizzy
Bizzy is a blue-skinned man living on Flipside's B1 Floor. Mario encountered him during his adventures of Super Paper Mario. Bizzy is a magazine editor who is constantly just scraping by to his deadline. He's so scatterbrained, he's never actually even spoken to his staff writer.
