Cross Country Skiing is a real life based event in the DS version of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. The Player must ski through a Cross Country course twice. Press the A Button to ski, the Control Pad to turn, the B Button to crouch and the X Button to boost. Green Floors give the boosting gauge to the player and it can only be filled up three times. There are also steep slopes that are so hard to take but are easy when boosting. Also keep an eye on the stamina. The first person to finish the course in the quickest time wins.
