'''Destruction Duet''' is a 2-vs-2 player [[minigame]] found in ''[[Mario Party 2]]''. However, one of the players in the team can attack the other team to distract them as well. First team that finishes destroying the Bowser Statue wins.

Pressing ''Z'' while in the air will result in a massively-daminging Hip Drop.

The Game has three variations: Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3.  The difference between the variations is the size of the statue; Type one has the smallest, and Type 3 the largest.  The quickest way to transform the statues to rubble is by consistently pressing ''B''.  The punches may be the weakest, by they are by far the fastest.  Using more powerful attacks, such as the Hip Drop or kick, takes too long to set up and realign.  The time it takes to perform these manuevers can be used to get in double the amount of punches.  If neither team tears down the statue in 60 seconds, it will result in a draw.
