The Sultan

The Sultan is the ruler of Desert Land in the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 cartoon, and is featured in the episode The Beauty of Kootie, in which he calls Mario and Luigi to fix his palace's plumbing. His palace gets destroyed in this episode, but Mario uses a wand left by the Koopa Kids to rebuild it.
