Shroomlock, the great detective.
Shroomlock is a Toad detective that works for Toadland Yard in the game Mario Party Advance. Although he is lazy and usually late for appointments, he is considered a master of deductive reasoning. He is also married to Mrs. Shroomlock.
Trivia
- Shroomlock is named after Sherlock Homes, a famous fictional detective.
- Shroomlock's employment at Toadland Yard may also be a parody of the many run-ins the actual Sherlock Holmes had with the employees of Scotland Yard, which Toadland Yard is named after. (However, Sherlock Holmes, unlike Shroomlock, did not work at the police headquarters.)
- Shroomlock is similar to Pennington.
