Brawl Point
Special Points are used in the Mario & Luigi franchise. They are the Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story equivalent of Bros. Points. They are needed to perform Special Attacks by Mario, Luigi and Bowser. They make appearances in both Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Some attacks can be reduced to lower costs to keep the points longer without using a Syrup.

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
The special points return in this game two sequels from Superstar Saga, but as special points this time. The same rules apply; As the SP goes down, higher SP using moves can't be performed, and a Syrup must be used to refill the SP. The difference, though, is that Bowser was able to use SP. Same things also apply for him, as it does for Mario and Luigi. It was changed because Bros. Points could not apply to Bowser as they require a duo and it would be odd for the bros. to have BP and Bowser to have SP.
