Angelica
Angelica.

Angelica is an odd old woman and a salesperson for "Weird and Spooky Gadgets Incorporated", a company apparently specializing in the sales of bizarre objects and curios.

In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Too Hot to Handle / Time Out Luigi", Angelica appeared in Mario Brothers Plumbing trying to sell some of her merchandise. While Luigi was interested in what Angelica had to offer, Mario wasn't interested in the slightest. Even when Angelica tried to sell Mario and Luigi a crystal ball with ninety-nine and nine-tenths accuracy and a painting that aged while the owner stayed young, Mario still showed no interest in what Angelica had to offer, wanting a cheaper painting and a crystal ball with one-hundred percent accuracy.

Flustered, Angelica offered to sell Mario and Luigi a wristwatch, which Luigi took a liking to and decided to buy; at first, this wristwatch cost ten dollars, but Luigi managed to barder with Angelica and, after causing the price to fluctuate from seven and five dollars, managed to buy the wristwatch from for four dollars. After making this sale, Angelica left Mario Brothers Plumbing, calling Mario and Luigi galoots and telling them to sweep their floor.

Later, Angelica was called back to Mario Brothers Plumbing by Mario, who wanted Angelica's help in removing the wristwatch, which caused Luigi to do everything backwards, from Luigi's wrist. Angelica agreed to help Luigi, though only after Mario payed her ten dollars, an act which prompted Mario to call Angelica a crook. After recieving her ten dollars from Mario, Angelica approached Luigi and told him not to give her the wristwatch; immediately after being told this by Angelica, Luigi took the wristwatch off and gave it to Angelica.

Having returned to normal, Luigi stated that he felt odd; hearing Luigi's complaint, Angelica told him to not eat any onions for a while. After being told this by Angelica, Luigi asked her if eating onions would make him do everything backwards again, to which Angelica replied, no, it wouldn't, but it would cause people to back away from him.
