Coin Baskets are objects that appear in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy. They are green baskets that are filled with five coins, held up by two chains. The player must tilt the Game Boy Advance left and right until the Coin Basket flips upside down, releasing the five coins. The coins cannot be collected before the Coin Basket is flipped, as Yoshi goes through it if he tries to jump on it.

- Spirit of Kindness: Level 1, 6, and 7.
- Spirit of Fright: Level 2 and 4.
